4. All the claim settlement process subject to the respective policy terms and conditions mentioned in policy.

5. Travel insurance policy is non-refundable. A partial refunds are allowed when customer provides all supporting documents (for example visa rejection letter). This does not apply to all companies, you must contact with customer service support for refund policy.
